Your credit card information is secure when you shop at Loop-Iceland. Loop-Iceland uses 128- bit SSL encryption from Verisign. You can read about Verisign encryption here. 

Shipping and delivery:
The order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If for some reason we are not able to ship within that period the customer will be notified. Products are delivered by Ice Transport and post offices and are delivered from door to door.

Loop-Iceland also offers fly fishers that are coming to Iceland the option to pick up their products at the Ellingsen store in Reykjavik Iceland. 

Import taxes:
VAT, costums and administration fee are not included in the price.

Shipping cost:
Shipping cost is based on the weight and the place of delivery.

Currency:
All prices are in EUR.

Return policy:
If our customers are not satisfied with their products we offer the ability to return them. The items must be shipped within 10 days from the day of purchase. They must be unused and the receipt accompanied in the package.  If you wish to return products please send them to
